I've made a lot of individual dishes and served them in a buffet style, and I've talked my friend Tineke into bringing a whole dinner to my place for at least ten people, but I've never actually made a multi-course sit-down dinner for a decent size group. Whenever I'm at a dinner like that, I always admire how the host juggles all the cooking tasks so that the various dishes are ready at the right time. So this past Sunday I tackled the task of the multi-course sit-down meal for a group of eight. Okay, as for the juggling and timing, I've got a lot to learn, but the dishes I chose were quite tasty!
