We serve fresh, local sardines at the restaurant and do not serve any farmed fish. Why is that? Here's a blog we wrote awhile back about why we don't serve farmed fish. The Lenfest Ocean Program recently published a study on how small fish such as sardines and anchovies are being diverted from the human food supply to be used as food in fish farming. That's another good reason to eat sardines instead of farmed salmon.
