When the smoke cleared

Sea Rocket Bistro is now open! This evening (Sunday the 1st) is our first night officially open to the public. Our painting and other improvements are done and we just finished our friends and family testing evenings. Other than the ventilation system sucking smoke out of the grill hood the first evening and the normal initial kinks, things went better than I expected. I was especially happy to get so many good comments about the menu, and some good suggestions about what we can tweak.
As you can imagine when starting a restaurant, there's a lot to do, so I'll let a few quick photos tell the rest of the story for now.
We're open from 5pm every evening for dinner. Looking forward to meeting you at the restaurant!
