We're Turning One on June 1st & It's Linkery Nostalgia Night

When The Linkery moved out of 3382 30th street last year, lots of people wondered what was going to take their place... If you're reading this, you already know the answer. It's been a fun first year and we thought we'd invite the old gang back for a little nostalgia. So Jay, Michael, and some of the other Linkery crew will be guest bartending / working / hanging out with us on Monday, June 1st starting at 7pm.
We're making a special paella that evening only. It will be full of Linkery sausage and chicken, married nicely with our seafood including clams, mussels, squid, and mahi. The pork in the sausage is pastured, as are the chickens. The clams and mussels are from just up the coast in Carlsbad and the yellowtail is wild caught from Baja. The rice is organic and California grown. It's not a traditional Spanish paella, but lest I be hung by my friends across the Atlantic, I'd venture to say that it's even better. We'll be serving this paella at $18 for a good sized portion that evening only, so don't miss out.
