We've been serving our American Tuna melt as a special for the past couple of days, and frankly, it rocks. In fact, one customer told me it was the best tuna melt ever. I've been warned against making such claims, but I'll just throw that out there anyway. If you'd like to come try it for yourself, it's only 10 bucks and comes with a small side salad.

But to sweeten the deal even more, and because we like hanging out at the bar, we're selling just the sandwich and a draft beer (pale ale), iced tea, or Arnold Palmer for 10 bucks when you sit at the bar (nod to Jay), every day except Friday and Saturday. Be sure to ask for the "Ten Buck Tuna with the drink", otherwise no drink for you. We're starting this on tax day, April 15th, just because. If we change things up, we'll let you know here on the blog.

Here's a culinary preview...we mix the tuna with house made aioli, melt some Winchester gouda on top, throw on some onions and tomatoes, and sandwich that between toasted ciabatta bread from our neighbors at Cardamom Bakery.
