Delivers every Wednesday and Friday, no minimum generally (2 cases for bottles preferred, 1 keg OK)
24 bottles in a case for 12 oz. beers, 12 bottles for 24 oz beers
Bottled beers should be kept at 40-42 degrees
Belgians/more complex beers could be kept at more like 50 degrees, avoid fluctuations in temperature
Don't recycle their bottles, we'd be responsible for that
$30 per keg deposit, then continually swapped back and forth
Says about $5 per pint (16oz pour) is typical, can be between $4-$6 depending on the place
IPAs and Belgian Beers most popular right now
1/6 barrel is slim keg (5 gallons)
1/4 barrel is short and wide keg (7.5 gallons)
1/2 barrel is full keg (15 gallons)
