Romolo Ghio caught a 34 pound white sea bass last night near the Coronado Islands off the coast of San Diego. He brought it to us this morning and it will be on the menu tonight and for the next few evenings. See the video at the bottom for Romolo's fishing story!

White sea bass is a meaty fish, and not too oily. Not only does it taste great, but it gets bonus points for being ranked as a best choice on the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch list.
