In the car between wineries in Temecula, I was flipping through the first issue of edible San Diego magazine (excellent publication!). I saw an ad for RC Livestock and remember seeing their name on the menu at The Linkery. Might as well stop by... the visit turned out to be much more interesting than I expected.
Cheryl Lange gives us a tour of their farm and talks about how they got in to the business, Green Flash Brewing, fires, 4-H, the price of diesel, feed, restaurants, and the flat tire they got that day.
