Mountain Meadow Mushrooms

A few miles outside of Escondido, and down a winding road, you'll find the Mountain Meadow Mushroom farm. You won't see a sign, though, because it's hidden behind a tree. We drove past it (twice!). When you do find it, you'll discover a facinating process for recycling all kinds of things to make soil for growing button, cremini, and portobello mushrooms. Video tour below by Roberto...
