Dennis and I had a brief but exciting appearance on the KUSI morning news on Saturday, October 25th, where we had a nice, 5 minute interview talking about local foods. We also brought in some of our San Diego sardines and sea urchin for them to see. You can watch the segment on their website if you have a PC.
Sea Rocket Bistro was named in not one but two articles in the Food Issue of October 22nd's UT Night & Day insert. This one on sustainable and ethically-oriented restaurants, and this one in a section about scallops. Check out the printed version for a great photo of our grilled sardines!
