Ragoûter is a French word that means to revive the taste. It's a main dish stew that is cooked with or without meat. I got this version from a Jacques Pepin cooking video. It's fast, easy to make, healthy, and very tasty.

Olive oil
Garlic, 1 clove, minced
Half of an onion, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
Broth
Garbanzo beans, 15 ounce can, drained
Sautee the garlic, onion, and green onion for about 5 minutes. Add tomato, broth, and garbanzo beans. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with bread.
