This is a list of many of the local sources that we use to get the ingredients we need to create our recipes. Depending on the season, the availability from different sources, and the coordination of deliveries, we'll get different things from different people throughout the year. Sometimes we purchase ingredients through local distributors, and other times we get them directly from the original source- the farmer, the fisherman, the coffee roaster, etc. Usually it's some combination of the two, with our ultimate goal always being to acquire the freshest and most local food and drink we can possibly find.
