We like to keep you updated about where our food is coming from, and to do that better, we've updated our food map to include a list of our sources and links to the detailed blog entries and videos we've made about them. I've also included a short description about them and where they are located.

We'll also be updating our "How Direct, How Local?" spreadsheet from time to time so you can see how many dollars we spend with each vendor. After all, each dollar is a vote: it's a vote from us to the food producers, and it's also a vote from you as to which restaurants you want to thrive. Buying local and small farm direct is an operational task that happens day-to-day and evolves as we build relationships with more folks in the farming and fishing world.
