A while back, we hosted Chef Cody James of Manhattan Catering Inc., who has created on a TV show entitled "Catch the Spirit: Cooking With California Wine," highlighting various local winemakers and using their wine in his recipes. Check out one of the completed shows guest starring Dennis and me, and featuring produce from Sage Mountain Farm, and fish from Chesapeake Fish Co.--two of our biggest sources.
