Being a fish joint, we like the sign Pisces: creative, sensitive, artsy... So this February 28th, we're throwing a Pisces party for our friend Vera and our Pisces friends who'd like to join with the people who love them. We'll have special hors d'oeuvres in the art studio upstairs, dinner, and we hope to have DJ DMV spin some funky tunes afterwards! Details are below...

Here's the plan as of now:

When: 7:30pm Saturday, February 28th

How Much: $30 (or $25 if you tell us by the 24th that you'll be coming, email dennis@searocketbistro.com or call 858-663-7752, or talk to Vera) Come in costume or show proof that you're a Pisces and get an additional draft beer on the house. Be sure to invite all your Pisces-water-lovin' friends.

What:
* 7:30-8:30pm- get to know everyone over hors d'oeuvres and a glass of champagne
* 8:30-9:30pm- go downstairs for dinner and dessert at the large communal table with all your new pisces friends
* 9:30pm- scoot over to the bar, lights go down, and hang out to the tunes of DJ DMV

Menu:
* various hors d'oeuvres and champagne
* entree: your choice of pasta with gouda sauce, beet & goat cheese tart, market fish with honey glazed carrots & sauteed greens, or local pork chop with mustard sauce, mashed potatoes & greens
* dessert: your choice of pot de creme, macadamia tart, or bread pudding
