Sea Rocket Bistro will be hosting our second 6-Course Belgian Inspired Beer Dinner on Wednesday, May 27. Before we get into that though, I'd like to thank Chef Christy and her crew, the great brewers at AleSmith, Lost Abbey and Green Flash, and most of all you, our guests, for making the first Belgian Inspired Beer Dinner a huge success. We'll have some new beers and new dishes for the second round, so if you enjoyed the first one please join us again. Here's the new menu, as always subject to last minute minor changes due to the fact that many of the ingredients are from very small and specialized producers:
