My metabolism is so fast, that I've been struggling over the past few months to get up to 140 pounds like I used to be in high school. Good news folks... I drank a big glass of water this morning, got my heavy on, and stood on the scale. And it read 140 pounds! All this good food (and Trader Joe's beer) is paying off. No more comments from grandma about how thin I look thin. Just call me Heavy D.
